DO YOU DO THE LAUNDRY AT YOUR FACILITY?

No, and that’s part of the secret to our success. Laundry in a SNF is always handled best when it’s handled on site. Turn around is faster, special needs are easily and quickly met, and facility mix-ups are eliminated. We staff and provide expendables for our facility partners and use their on-site equipment. We ensure, immaculate and correct on time delivery of laundry. If you are interested in moving an off-site operation in house, Upside can provide site preparation, equipment evaluation, purchasing and installation.

WHY SHOULD WE USE UPSIDE TO CLEAN A FACILITY?

DOES YOUR MAINTENANCE SERVICE COVER EXTERIOR AREAS AS WELL?

Upside Services does not provide landscaping or related maintenance. Other routine maintenance, like exterior lighting, care of patios and courtyards, sidewalk snow removal, and the like all fall within our scope of services, and individual facilites can customize the agreement to include more or fewer services as they deem necessary.
